SWFL-Real Producers Ferrari Event

Recorded live at the new Naples Ferrari Dealership, SWFL Real Producers, and Andrew Regenhard along with their sponsors hosted their quarterly event for the top 500 agents in SWFL.

We sit with Andrew Regenhard himself in celebration and we reflect a bit on how far SWFL Real Producers has come and to where they are going. We discuss different charity groups he is getting more involved in to help better our community.

We sit down with Sarah Huffman of Marzucco Real Estate and John Huffman of Innovative Design Solutions. We discuss how important it is to hold general contractors accountable and if possible hire a company that doesn't subcontract out.

We talk about the price of materials going up due to Covid and limited inventory and what new construction buyers can expect especially with permitting delays. We also discuss renovations, flips, and remodels and Sarah shares a fascinating story.
