From a very promising successful young hustler and entrepreneur to a guaranteed up-and-coming King of Minnesota Real Estate sure to dominate the market only to sacrifice it all and give it all up.

Meet Courtney Little, a fellow entrepreneur who founded Nutrition & Whole Health Solutions 15 years ago. NWHS specializes in teaching people how to heal their bodies.
Despite what the doctors told her about her autoimmune condition being incurable, Courtney found a cure on her own by studying nutrition, herbs, homeopathy, and mindset.
Did you know in the process of getting a medical degree students only study and learn about 45 mins of nutrition?
We are also blown away to find out 1 teaspoon of sugar suppresses the immune system for 4 to 6 hours after consumption.
We discuss a variety of super interesting topics and although Courtney has a more natural and holistic approach she still has a strong respect for the medical field.

Rebecca has an amazing story, one of a fight, determination, sheer will, and perseverance. She shares with us her courageous story and journey as she more than earned and made her mark in the SWFL Real Estate market.
This episode is truly inspiring and especially dedicated to those with similar journeys such as single mothers, those in real estate, or those thinking about real estate who may be going through hardships.
If you have doubts, think it can't be done, and or are wallowing in self-pity you have to listen to this episode. Rebecca shares what she had to go through and overcome in just a short period of time with her back against the wall and you won't believe it. There is a silver lining and it had a 10 in front of it followed by six zeros.
With the world falling down around her she had every excuse and negative reason to give up.
From divorce, cancer, virtually penniless, being a single mother to doors slammed in her face daily, call after call of rejection, and deals that have gone bad.
Rebecca teaches and shows us there are truly no excuses when you have a will to survive, a sense of purpose, and a sense of reason. There is no growth without being uncomfortable. There is no way around many disappointments, failures, hard work, determination, perseverance, and grit. However, you learn and become stronger, and once you embrace that and apply yourself the world has no choice but to give way to some point.
whether you are just moving into town and starting over, wondering what you can do to quickly assert yourself and gain traction in the real estate market or maybe you are younger and believe you won't be taken seriously then be sure to listen.
Rebecca has only been in SWFL for 5 years has some great advice and even gives some to her 20-year-old self starting over again.
